Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $99. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping email. Please allow 48 hours for it to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipping, email info@braelake.com.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and any duties or taxes are shown at checkout. International orders may take longer and can be held up in customs.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first at info@braelake.com and we'll send a return label. A $5 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee are taken out of your refund. Sale items are final. See our Refund policy for details.
My order arrived damaged or leaking. What do I do?
Contact us right away at info@braelake.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Products
What's the difference between your perfume and roll-on body oil?
Our perfume is alcohol-based, and our roll-on body oil is oil-based. You can layer them, body oil first and then perfume, to make the scent stronger.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Everything is made by hand in small batches in Maryland.
Where can I see each scent's notes?
Our Scent Guide lists the notes for every body and home scent.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Check the full ingredient list on each product page. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small area first.
What are your candles made of?

Yes, digital gift cards are available in the shop.
